Serving Size - 1ml (1 dropper)  =  10mg CBD + 6.6mg CBN per serving 

Servings Per Container - 30 

Suggested Use  - Shake before use, dispense one full dropper under the tongue, hold for 60 seconds then swallow. Use once daily, about 30 - 60 minutes before bedtime, or as recommended by your healthcare provider.  While it can be used at any time throughout the day, some drowsiness may occur. 

As with any of our hemp oil tinctures, there is no “one-size-fits-all” when it comes to serving size, we recommend starting with 1 ml for one week and then adjusting as needed.
