Nick's favorite OTG product :
Recovery (2000MG) Terpene Enhanced Broad Spectrum Tincture

Co-founder Nick Fishenden moved from the U.K. to California in 2008 to attend the Golf Academy of America. There, he obtained a degree in business and golf management and went on to start his career as a budding touring professional, playing on the Gateway Tour and attending Q-School for several years.

Sadly, a career-ending back condition and further injury led to Nick having to rethink his long-term future, at which point he joined the world's largest and most established CBD company, where he eventually became their International Senior Account Manager.

It was through his personal experience that he developed an in-depth knowledge of the rapidly growing CBD industry, becoming a leading advocate of the science and the benefits to be derived for amateur and professional golfers alike.

In June of 2019, Nick approached his father, Neil, with his idea for On The Green CBD. As a career entrepreneur, having led several start-ups and spent decades developing sales operations around the world, Neil easily recognized the extraordinary potential for CBD within the golf industry.
With Nick's knowledge of the CBD markets and Neil's experience and expertise in international investment, along with their combined passion for golf, the two are uniquely set to position On The Green CBD as the authority on CBD wellness for golfers of all ages and abilities all around the world.

Neil's favorite OTG product :
(750mg) Broad Spectrum Soft Gel Capsules
An entrepreneurial senior executive with a deep background in sales and market development and decades of experience leading start-up operations, Neil is co-founder of On The Green. He is responsible for all aspects of the company’s sales and business development.
As a businessman, Neil’s global entrepreneurial vision and facility for cultivating strategic partnerships revealed themselves virtually from the beginning. At Xerox early in his career, he rose from new business sales into sales management and achieved No. 1 sales performer globally twice in four years. As Chief Sales Officer with WRLD-3d, an indoor and outdoor mapping platform used by car navigation systems, autonomous vehicles and Smart City infrastructure, Neil built global sales and go-to market strategies, partnering with companies like IBM, Softbank, Cisco and GE. Neil joined Evogi Group at its inception as SVP of Global Business Development, supplying critical leadership responsible for turning the company’s $10MM initial start-up investment into $220MM in two years. For Innovation Group Plc, a publicly traded company in the European insurance space, Neil was charged with restructuring the organization’s sales and marketing strategy across Europe.
As a father, Neil introduced his son to the game of golf at a very early age and was proudly there throughout his son’s journey to becoming a professional. He was as heartbroken as Nick when an injury ended that dream. That’s why On The Green has special meaning for Neil. Not only is it an opportunity to see his son carve a new path in the golf industry, but it is a chance to once again share in the journey. This time, blending his own expertise in start-ups and business development with Nick’s deep knowledge of CBD, growing a company dedicated to helping golfers feel and play their best.
Chris's favorite OTG product :
Sleep +CBN (1000MG) Terpene Enhanced Broad Spectrum Tincture
Named by Chicago Now as one of “11 People To Watch In Chicago in 2011,” Chris is an omni-channel marketing expert with broad responsibilities at On The Green — strategic planning, corporate partnerships, capital raise, talent acquisition and management, marketing planning, budgeting and execution.
Chris’s early successes that attracted the attention of Chicago media included directing the marketing for the city’s popular magazine Chicago Scene, guiding the publication’s move to online and launching one of the city’s first social media agencies, Focus Social Media. Kumbaya, a social commerce start-up, recruited Chris to jump-start its Chicago stagnant numbers. Six months of retooling took the user base from 1,000 to 180,000.
More recently, Chris was among the early visionaries who recognized CBD’s efficacy and market potential. He held executive marketing positions at several subsidiaries of Medical Marijuana, Inc., the country’s first publicly traded hemp company. Most significantly, at MMI’s network marketing subsidiary, Kannaway, Chris quarterbacked brand, web, communications and events, taking the unit from $75K/month in sales to $8.5MM.
After meeting Co-founder Nick and discovering On The Green’s stringent quality standards, its focus on the golf market and commitment to customer service, Chris was persuaded to come on board. He maintains the furious pace using OTG’s Focus 1000mg tincture and 1000mg Sleep tincture with CBN.
