15.2 With respect to any and all disputes arising from or in connection with Our Site or these Terms and Conditions (including without limitation Our Data Privacy Policy set forth on Our Site), you agree with Us to negotiate in good faith and undertake reasonable efforts to cooperate with one another to achieve a mutually satisfactory resolution. In the case of no negotiated settlement being reached, you agree with Us to submit to Mediation to be based in San Diego, California in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and you agree with Us to: waive the right to jury trial; that the Mediator´s award will be final and binding; and that judgment may be entered thereon in any court of competent jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, We may seek immediate judicial intervention to prevent any unauthorized use of Our Site or breach or Our Intellectual Property Rights.

Subscription policy

Services are billed on a subscription basis (“Plan(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing Cycles are set on a monthly basis, depending on the subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription. A minimum number of Billing Cycles may apply to a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or On The Green CBD cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account settings page or by contacting

On The Green CBD’s customer support team, taking into account a notice period of at least 30 days.

A valid payment method, including a credit card, Shoppay, GooglePay, or ApplePay, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide

On The Green CBD with accurate and complete billing information, including full name, address, state, zip code, country, telephone number, and a valid payment method. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize

On The Green CBD to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
